  • I have to agree with every other review that was written about last night.... LONG wait to get service, even drinks.... when we finally got her attention she seemed annoyed! Drinks with no garnish, made incorrectly, apathetic female bartender who seemed to be either overwhelmed or very inexperienced (it wasn't that busy.) It is a shame that the service was so bad, seems like a nice little place. Dear Owner of Carve.... take a good look at who is running your business on a Saturday night, they are doing you no service and hurting your income. We won't be back.
