  • There is only 2 positive things I have to say about this place. [thats the only reason I gave two stars. I guess, one star for each positive thing?? After reading my whole story, you may think this was a generous rating] 1) I came in without an appointment and they fixed my front windshield ASAP. The job was completed in about an hour tops. 2) The price was lower than any other place I called. Low price and quick service. .....you would think I would be completely satisfied with my experience, right? Think again. They weren't that friendly or sociable. I told the lady up front when I came in that I was looking to get my front windshield repaired and I gave her the make and model of my car. She gave me the price and they got started right away. The lady didn't tell me how long it would be or when I should sit and wait while this service is being done. I saw a couch in the office so I guess they just assume I'll feel comfortable and welcome to take a seat?? I'm Hispanic so I understand Spanish. But I don't think it's professional to speak in Spanish to your co worker about personal matters I front of your clients. It's rude and unprofessional just like when you go get your nails done and all the nail techs start speaking in their language in front of you & you're thinking...am I invisible or something? Like I said, I know I understand Spanish, but I'm not sure they even knew that. I can see it being extremely uncomfortable for someone who doesn't understand the language. The Worse part about the whole experience is after paying for the service to get my car. I walk out, and the guys that work there popped the hood of my car (scoping the car out) without them knowing it was my car & I was watching them. Once they realized it was my car and I was waiting for them to stop "inspecting" my car they acted as if there act was innocent and there was nothing wrong with them snooping in my car. As far as I know, repairing my front windshield doesn't call for you snooping all in the hood of my car. NOT ONLY where they snooping in the hood of my car. Come to find out as I'm driving off, my dash alerts me that there is a door open. My first thought was "don't even tell me they were snooping all up in my trunk too!" Sure enough, THEY WERE!!!! I didn't bother checking the doors, I go straight to the trunk and what do you know, they had it open. There was nothing to their liking in my trunk I guess, cause they didn't steal anything.... But man, what an invasion of privacy. Is this how you treat a paying (first time) customer?!? I don't think I should have to supervise ANYONE working on my car. I expected people to respect my things, but clearly not everyone has the same values and morals. What a shame.
