  • Horrible service, horrible company. I dropped my phone off to the one in Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa to get the port fixed. The CSR said, "No problem we can fix it in 2 weeks". 2 weeks passed by and I had to call them. They said," We are still waiting from a part from California and it will be another 3 days. Called back 3 days later. They said the same thing," We still haven't received the part to fix your phone". So, long story short, 3 1/2 months later they still haven't got the part yet. So I went down to get my phone to take it somewhere else. When I got there I requested a refund and the CSR said sure and should take 7 to 10 days. 2 months later, still no refund, I went down there again. Ask them why I haven't received my refund . So I gave them my name and info and come to find out, my info was deleted!!! So I got scammed for $60, lied to about my phone, and now my personal information is out there floating around. Don't go to this company! I tried to contact you at iphixation@gmail and no such email exists. Go figure.
