This is who was sent to us via our home warranty company (Fidelity). The first time they came (Scott) seemed very good, reliable- found the leak in our slab and fixed it in a timely manner - no problem. He cut away the piece that had a tiny hole in it and soldered in a new piece of pipe and reported to us that the pipe was in good shape. The labor had a 30 day guarantee, and the parts had a 90 day guarantee. Well, the problem happened again within 45 days so this is where the problem came in and the problem in my mind is with Pete- he lies. He located/estimated where the problem was and it was within 3 inches of the first leak but when he spoke to home warranty company he lied and said it was a foot away and said the pipe was bad (although he had never actually seen it). Warranty only covers up to $1000 (which we already used up from 1st visit). So Pete wants us to pay $1200 to redig up hole eventhough it most likely wasn't fixed correctly the first time because it is in the same exact spot. And no matter what the problem is they are going to charge a minimum of $900! Pete is a liar and I don't trust him.
