  • After I had a problem scheduling an appointment at the one further up on Eastern in Henderson near the Trader Joes, I called this Supercuts explaining the issue I had just had and that I wanted somebody who's comfortable cutting curly hair. The girl on the phone was understanding and reassured me I could easily have an appointment there and there was no wait time! Luckily, the girl who previously used to cut my hair at the one on Eastern had transferred to this one on Serene!! Chicky did a fantastic job as usual, remembered my name, my style and took care of me like always!! I'm actually really happy the other one turned me away because I got an even better experience here!
