  • I returned to this site to see what the rating was recently and found my review had been removed. I will write another not so offensive review so that others are informed about this shop. I bought a wedding dress here for my wedding. They were not at all helpful. They stated that they could complete alterations in time for my wedding. They were unable to do so and the alterations were substandard. They kept extending the time frame out and had completed very little work on the dress in order to allow me, the bride, to make any suggestions that might help to move toward a completed product. After many trips and appointments, I was unable to wear the dress I had purchased from this shop. The alterations were horrible. I was forced to buy a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding. They provided only a refund for for the alterations not the original dress which was ruined by the alterations. They were unhelpful throughout the process. They neglected to notify me that they had moved locations and their response to me was "I am sorry it didn't work out." I would very seriously consider not buying your dress from this shop. I had a very bad experience and lost a substantial portion of my dress budget. I really wanted to like this shop, but overall they were unprofessional and in the end did not provide a dress that was wearable.
