When reviewing a restaurant, bar, event, etc. it is easiest to make sub categories like atmosphere, service, preference options and so on. I have never considered an establishments odour to be a gage of how fond I was of my experience there. Baby Huey's will be the first and hopefully last.
It's a small dive bar like many others along Ossington. I went on a Saturday night with a group during a night of bar hoping. It was packed and difficult to get a drink, again as most are in the area. I was okay with that since the DJ was great. Dare I say phenomenal. Unfortunately my blood alcohol level at the time has caused me to forget his name.
The alcohol could not stop me from noticing the foul smell the bar had. Not just in one area and not the typical body odour smell from too much bumpin and grindin. It stunk people. A girl I met there said to me that "I think I am getting use to it, and that sorta scares me".
I try very hard to not let something like an amateur waitress/waiter affect my review of a joint. Because variables like that change day to day. But considering there are so many other stops on Ossington that provide the same, if not better, experience with out the risk of needing a gas mask. I cannot recommend this place at all.
