  • Honestly, I get that it can be easy to hate cable companies. Before moving here, I lived with my parents, and the TWC they get is enough to make a person want to chew glass. In Kent? I've had two short outages in the two years i've lived here. I think the longest one was 2-3 hours. I completely understand there are people in certain classes who need the internet way more than I do, and if they had the same situation and gave a one-star review, I wouldn't blame them one bit. This is just my feel on it. It's never greatly inconvenienced me, and for a company as polarizing as Time Warner, that's pretty good. The service here is definitely above other regions i've lived in (Chardon, Lakewood.)
