We waited in line for 20 minutes and then 45 minutes at the counter to get our season passes. I ordered and payed for online and did not have the confirmation code. It took 6 people to figure out how to look up the passes by my name. The "supervisor" who was probably 19 would help out and then disappear. This occurred for 45 minutes until my husband said, "Listen, either your fix this issue or we want a refund." The supervisor finally stopped "helping" and found someone to fix the issue since she couldn't figure it out herself. They then printed out the incorrect type pass for my daughter. This took another person, again not the supervisor, to figure it out. Poorly trained individuals running poorly trained individuals equals a mess. This place needs to STEP up. FAST.
