  • I just witnessed a customer really giving the cashier a difficult time about something to do with a gift card. The cashier remained so calm and kind and patient. Turned out that she was actually done working 20 minutes prior to this occurring and she stood there and did everything she could to appease this customer. I was pretty impressed. Most people would have shot some major attitude back at this women at that point. Pretty blonde girl with a nose piercing.
