  • 1 star! that's even generous, I wish I could rate it 0! Our dog got fleas after boarding at #Petsmart? and they are not taking any responsibilities for that. I'm pissed!!! I talked to them and they said they always screen all the dogs before they come in, so they said the fleas could have got on to my dog while I brought her home, which is 10 mins away. What??? Is there anyway I can order an inspection into the facilities? Not only that it was the worst customer experience ever! We made a reservation 1-2 weeks before we dropped our dog, and when we came in, they said they couldn't find the reservation. We were frustrated and the associate kept cutting us off and told us to fill in the entire form & application, and call our vet again in a rude way. We felt like we didn't have any options but to leave our dog there. They also gave us different rates compared to when we made reservation. Plus, the kennel they put the dogs in are so tiny and the playground is completely confined with walls and no outdoor access, it's like prison. Please help to re-share so that everyone knows. Also appreciate if anyone knows any good place for dog boarding!
