I was told that Craftsteak was arguably the best steakhouse in Vegas. I don't have the experience to say if it's the best, but it was certainly great. The martini to start was perfect and a solid pour. The service was incredible--I had three waiters for myself alone. I ordered the dry aged ribeye, the asparagus and the potato puree. All were fantastic. There was a sauce on the steak that was unnecessary, but it was light and tasty. And everything was cooked to perfection. I'm not sure it was the best in Vegas, but you will not be disappointed if you eat at Craftsteak.
