  • This place is amazing. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They never rush you in and out. The sauna rooms are clean, tidy, very zen-like in decor. The rooms sport big screen televisions which I prefer to keep on a relaxing music station. The sauna itself is amazing! Very rejuvenating, relaxing, and therapeutic. I choose to start at 130 then set at 160. You would never expect to sweat so much! It's like a sweatlodge. I love it. It's my goto place for healing and relaxation. I find it helps in detoxification and soothing of achy muscles. The towel cooled in lavender essential oils is a perfect end to a session.
