My wife was quoted about $40 for a project that she had. When she picked it up she was charged ~$95, and when she asked the manager why it was more than double what she was quoted, they told her "whichever employee laminated used way too much material so it ended up costing more for the material." The job was sloppy, with excess space on each sheet (thus making the project way more expensive). They ultimately refunded her only $9. But she still paid double what she was quoted. On top of that, they gave her order to another customer that had our same last name... so we had to track down that customer and meet up with them at the store to fix the error, as they had paid for our order thinking it was theirs... what a mess.
