  • I cannot describe my disappointment after leaving this salon. I specifically asked for a certain color and got something completely opposite. Spent about 4 hours there because at first the color came out reddish ugly mess and the colorist had to lighten up couple of times. They kept insisting it looks soo much better than before and I am not saying I had it perfect before but this was the reason I tried a new salon. But the color I got at nuda was by far my worst in life. Not to mention that I am not able to lighten them up now if I don't want to loose the hair since the colorist went dark from blond and by fixing it kept adding blond highlights. I covered my mirrors at home for a week and every time I saw my reflection I would just burst into tears. I did not get a single approval neither from my family, friends or strangers all I got was "what happened to your hair?" Q... Now I completely lost trust in any stylist and are freaking out about my upcoming appt at another salon :(
