  • This is not a good review unfortunately. We arrived at our check in time at 3:30pm, but the electrical power was out. Now this happening to the hotel is not their Fault, but how they respond is on them. We were here for a Conference, and played paintball on the way to the hotel and expected to take showers before our first session. Due to no power they didn't let us in and we had to wash up in a restaurant bathroom. We got back to the hotel around 9:30pm and the power was still out. They apologized, gave us glow sticks and basically said good luck. Now the power eventually came back on around 12am but basically our whole first day/night was non-existent. We asked the hotel for a discount or for the first night free and they said no. NOT COOL! Now if that was not the enough to get a one star for horrible customer service, we came out for breakfast our last morning and they had moldy bagels. #FAIL We will definitely not be back at this hotel.
