I would not recommend.
Slab leak and entire replumbing done. Much to be repaired with the walls. Luke came out to my home and estimated the job for my insurance company. My insurance company cut the check 100% for the initial estimate and 100% for the supplemental that came later. The problem? After waiting more than a month, I was still not given a start date. The lead contractor or whoever he was that was supposed to provide that date did not follow up. I called Luke, the one who bid the job yo begin with, to find out what was the delay. No call back. My insurance company allowed me to choose a different company to do the repairs. The other company had unethical practices, so going with the lesser of 2 evils, I told my insurance company that while I am not pleased that East Valley estimated on a job then refused to set a start date, I would go with them versus another company with questionable practices. When my insurance company contacted East Valley Disaster last week to find out if they can start the assignment, the East Valley Disaster refused the job and said they did not have the time. So then why even bother to bid on a job you didn't need or want.
