  • This Apple Store is the best I have ever experienced (I move a lot so I've had my experience with Apple Stores!). The staff members here are all very helpful and knowledgable and they operate with the consumer's best interest in mind. I bought my macbook almost six years ago in San Francisco. I have taken it here for minor (and not so minor) repairs and they are amazing. They tell you what it takes to fix it, what they suggest, but never pressure you. Mitch is the guy at the genius bar I have had 2 out of the 3 times I've been in and he's great. Brad is also super efficient and helpful too! I am getting ready to move again but I will be making the trip back to the South Hills Apple Store for my next Mac purchase, there's no beating the customer service that I receive here. Thanks for everything!!
