  • Went to the office on Wednesday and Deb showed me the different size units available, and did a great job explaining the rental process. Wasn't sure what size I wanted so I went home and after deciding on a size, I back the next day and Deb wasn't there so Barry helped me and got me all set up. I paid for the unit and a rental truck and went home. The next day we found out that the buyer of our home is going to rent back our house to us until we can find a new home so I immediately drove over to StorageOne and Deb was kind enough to refund us our money back (except set up fee which is completely understandable!). I HIGHLY recommend StorageOne on Paseo verde!!!! The team is fantastic and you can tell that they really care about their customers and aren't "money hungry".
