  • I purchased 7 box springs from this person. I would never do it again. This is a business that sells mattresses and box springs which are advertised as new but does not disclose that he is selling you mattresses made of post consumer *used* materials. had I known this, I would definitely not have ordered. It caused various family members extreme rashes, likely because they have to be treated with chemicals to make sure any germs are exterminated. Although all of the mattresses were identical looking ( except the black one he brought by "mistake") only some had tags stating "post consumer materials, do not remove this tag", leading me to believe that some of the tags were removed. He never once mentioned I be getting a box spring made of used materials and since I have extreme allergic reactions, there is NO WAY I would have purchased these. Below was my original complaint. As of right now, I can not in good conscience recommend this company at all. On June 11th, we were told they would deliver between 6:30 and 7:30. We waited until well after 9 PM and they were No Shows. We missed an event we needed to attend. Even though they had just told me they would see me soon and they had the gate code, unfortunately they claimed this was my fault because though my delivery was confirmed, they claimed they tried to call me before they showed up and because I didn't answer my cell phone, which was in my purse upstairs, they just decided not to come. There were no apologies, just blame and trying to justify why they left us waiting. After 2 days of rude snarky responses I'd be happy to post and accusations and insinuations that I was a competitor out to get them, I suggested that if they have so much paranoia, they should require payment up front and sent them a Paypal. Next, delivery was arranged for June 14th at 6:30 PM. We waited home though we had other places to be. At 6:19, we get a message that the delivery driver is not going to arrive until 9 PM. 9 PM rolls around and of course at this point, all personal plans are cancelled and we've waited until 9 Pm. At 9:04 PM we get a message stating that he is not coming tonight either. That I need to choose another delivery time. I message them this afternoon at around 4 PM to ask when they can bring the items. I did not receive any responses and it is now 6/16. The company is unreliable. They have my payment of 570 something and so far, I can't say anything good about them. I am very unhappy that they don't respect my time and have left me hanging multiple times. ***Update: Yesterday they finally showed up. All the items were supposed to be WHITE but one box spring was BLACK and did not match the other that was supposed to go in the same room. I had purposefully asked to make sure all items would be white prior to purchase, but there was the black one. The delivery person stated he would come back tomorrow which is today 6/17 at 6:30 PM when he gets off from work. I still gave the delivery guy a tip, after all the nonsense this company put us through, along with the wrong item. Today I checked my email from the owner to make sure they were still coming to bring the WHITE box spring and this is what it said: "I will refund you back the cost of the twin box spring that we were given back. I suggest you get the box spring from somewhere else who can accommodate you better than I have been able to...I am sorry but at this point with the bad review that you have given us. I think it is in the interest of both of us to end business and I will go ahead and send you the refund for the 1 twin box spring. Sorry again I could not meet your needs and appreciate your feedback and suggestions." So, apparently because I gave them a negative review, which could have been revised, now I am stuck with non matching furniture for my childrens' room? This is beyond childish. Way to punish your clients that you have already disappointed multiple times.
