| - I went here on a whim after seeing their Groupon offer. I scheduled my appointment after searching their website and Yelp looking for actual before and after shots, not google image shots re-used showing work they didn't even do, my first red-flag. I was concerned that they didn't really offer tangible examples but chalked it up to their personal marketing style and made my appointment after reading a few dozen reviews. When I went in there was confusion on what I had come in for, the "injector" was short and cold with me, she ended up rectifying everything and warmed u a bit. One concern was the woman had deep and bloody scratches on her arms, this made me nervous and seemed unprofessional. Cover them up, wear a bandage, something. My results were half and half, half of what I had done I was happy with, the other half NOT AT ALL, I ended up having to go back (two weeks later as written on their after-care paperwork) but then was criticized for waiting so long... The corrective work didn't happen there because their policy was to charge for the corrective work and to charge me more than I originally paid with the Groupon deal, poor customer service if you ask me.Needless to say, I went somewhere else, which is what I should have done to begin with, and what I recommend anyone reading this to do too. Their prices without a Groupon coupon are OUTRAGEOUS, and their service does not constitute their hike in cost. Overall, I took a risk and have learned a lesson, a big one.
