I had visited this office for routine dental work utilizing my benefits on a few occasions regularly. Upon visiting again six months later after my last appointment for my annual checkup/cleaning, I was surprised to see that a new dentist was consulting with me after my cleaning. I literally did not know that the dentist had changed from my previous one until he showed up at my chair. Afterwards, I was unexpectedly billed for utilizing an out of network dentist! Nobody in the office had informed me of the personnel change or that this new dentist was out of network! Furthermore, after I was told that the manager would call me in regards to the issue, she never called. Poor customer service , I will be changing dentists
