  • I'm giving this place four stars only because of the view. You can sit inside or on the terrace 51 floors up. Food is pretty standard fare. You do have to pay $5 cover just to eat dinner which makes no sense. Maybe it's for the elevator ride? 51 floors divided by $5... you do the math. Or I'll do it for you - it equals stupid.
