  • If you're wondering about Metro PCS, wonder NO MORE!! Just called Customer Service .... while I was on hold heard that they were having MAJOR OUTAGES ALL OVER THE VALLEY.... And if you are trying to contact Corporate, GOOD LUCK! Finally, Mari Aguirre, is R-U-D-E ! And she's the Manager!! While discussing our options-- when I say us, I mean my husband and myself-- Mari joins in on our conversation making fun of my husband that "...you're back in Again to fix your phone!..." I snapped back that "...my husband's in construction and works on the fifth floor and it happens...". Second, while continuing our (my husband and myself) conversation, I told my husband that if he waits for a job instead of shelling out $400 for 3 phones, etc. he can just get his phone fixed instead.... Mari chimes in that "... or , you can get one line..." WHO ASKED HER??? Sorry, but I'm the wife, duh! And if mamma ain't happy ain't nobody gonna be happy and mind your business while your at it! Finally, when we both decided that fixing the phone was our best option, Mari, the "Manager" TOTALLY IGNORED MY HUSBAND!! And when we asked if there were parts in the back she said NO.... Uh, SHE NEVER LOOKED. And we had to wait for two other customers while she supposedly was "Looking in the back". Don't trust the kid either that's her side-kick.... when I asked him what she was going to do, meaning, look in the back he said, "...If You Can Just Bear With Us...". I'm like, okay?? So much for the customer always comes first, but really, who cares because Metro PCS on 36th STREET and INDIAN SCHOOL IS SOOOO U-N-P-R-O-F-E-S-S-I-O-N-AL, so what..... btw, my husband just called the store, he left the phone there anyway to be fixed.....Mari magically found the parts to fix it...........
