I love the theatre and if you subscribe to their newsletter you can early notices of concerts. it's the best venue in my opinion and you always get a good seat. However, their fee add-ons mean another 30% or more on your ticket price. Today I bought $43 tickets--and this add-on fee nonsense is why I didn't buy the $70 tickets. The final price for two $43 tickets was $113. That included some nebulous $10 per ticket add-on fees, then a $5 fee, then a $7 fee. THEN you also had to pay for ANY delivery method except on-call. They charged $2 for delivery to your mobile phone, email for self-printing or to mail to a physical address. So you get to avoid $2 fee if you want to stand in line at their Will-Call Window after you already took a bit to find and order best tickets for price online. So ridiculous. This is why I do not go to more concerts here. Stop ripping us off--it's like CenturyLink and Verizon billing. The online order site could also be better by showing all available seats instead of forcing us to go thru one section at a time, clicking back and forth. I prefer to pick my seats for isles, not take what the system assigns.
