  • Kim the owner and the other trainers are awesome! One of the things I love the most that it's all women, no worrying about men oggling you..just a group of wonderful, supportive, and fun women! I've made a lot of acquaintances in no time which I love - everyone is so nice and welcoming. For me that's important, I'm a social exerciser, couldn't exercise on my own on a hamster wheel to save my life LOL (we have a gym in my house haha!!). I love the circuit part - it keeps you moving to different stations so you aren't doing the same exercise for very long - it works every part of your body. The time goes very quickly as a result. I love that they don't push you. You can start out slow and work at your own pace. Some women work their butts off and some women barely work out (that's me) but at least we show up - that's half the battle!! Already even at my low level of exercise I can notice a difference after a month without changing my diet. If you are a social exerciser (you need friends to meet up with to show up) - this is a great place! You'll make friends in no time. :) I love Jabz!!! :)
