  • I made my 76 year old Aunt an appointment here after she went to another oral surgeon who made her feel very uncomfortable and wanted to charge her $800/hour for anesthesia, CASH ONLY. I called and spoke to Barb and explained the situation, and Barb spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me and was very thorough with me, going over all of insurance info with me, explaining every detail and even went as far as getting a quote from the insurance BEFORE she had her first appointment. My aunt went to her first appointment yesterday and raved about how EVERY person in this office made her feel comfortable! She had an appointment with the oral surgeon but the dentist also took time to come in and speak with her and came in with the oral surgeon so she could have both there for any questions and make sure that she was comfortable and understood everything. When she got home, I also compared their cost sheet for the dentist and oral surgeon to her other ones and this dentist was using cheaper codes for everything she did. They not only made her feel comfortable but they weren't trying to price gouge her since she is a senior citizen. HIGHLY recommend!!
