  • Well... my opinion has changed. I have given it three chances now and I'm done. They renovated their space and since then the service has gone down hill. I have been there three times since the renovations and all three times the service was SLOW. That was one of the reasons I used to love this location but that has chagned completely. I recognized ONE of the four people working there this morning. They had a line that initially went out the door and then people brought it inside and started wrapping it around the inside of the store. The staff didn't seem at all phased by how many people were in line. They appeared to be taking their good old time. At 8:00 in the morning. On a week day. ???? The girl who gave me my drink, after a good 15 minutes of waiting in line, sang my order out. Really? You shouldnt' have time to happily sing my order out after I was waiting for 15 mintues. Totally irritating and I'm done.
