I'm not sure what needs to be said about Sweet Moses that hasn't already been said.
Let's start with the ice cream. It's all made on site. And it tastes like fluffy clouds of vanilla (chocolate, strawberry etc). On to the syrups for their sodas. Again homemade and I've yet to meet one I don't like. And if you want a mix they welcome the challenge. The sodas are real acid phosphates so you get that zing of old and it reacts with the ice cream in a fizzy explosion of deliciousness.
I'm not a big sundae fan but the one time I strayed from my usual peach ginger ice cream soda and got a sundae it was tasty. But I'd still rather have an ice cream soda. My husband is a huge fan of the root beer floats. Again not my thing but it was the best root beer I've ever tasted and he agrees (really he stopped making them at home because they don't stand up to comparison).
Don't miss: Peach ginger ice cream soda. Seriously you'll thank me later
Hit or Miss: Finding a seat on a Friday night. But is that such a bad thing for a local business?
Avoid like the plague: Missing this Gordon Square treat!
