  • Absolutely worst experience of my life! The Owner called me on Tuesday to let me know someone would be out on Wednesday between 10AM and 2PM. It's about 12:30 PM on Wednesday and I haven't received a call from anyone letting me know what time they would arrive. I called the company and told her that someone called me the day before and told me between 10AM and 2PM and I was hoping for an ETA. The lady on the phone told me that she didn't tell me that time she told me between 11AM and 3 PM because that's when he works. I then told the lady that is not what she told me and that I even wrote it down and I work so I won't be here at 3PM. She then tells me "well we all have jobs and I know what I told you and if you can't have a civil conversation with me I will hang up on you". I then told her that she is not going to hang up on me and she's the one who provided me with incorrect information. She then told me "I am the Owner and I will not be talked to this way. (meanwhile I wasn't rude until she told me she would disconnect the call and she was the one talking to be disrespectfully. I have never experienced the worst customer service until I spoke with this individual. She should not be the Owner and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with that did not want to help! Stay away from this company they are bad news and have the worst customer service. And to top it off they didn't come until 4:30!! So either way she was way off her time slot. Stay away from this company!!! If I could I would give 0 stars.
