  • I used to have my gel/shellac manicures done here and Sophia was amazing!!! The nails lasted at least two weeks with no chipping (and I'm hard on my nails). They had comfy chairs and large manicure stations with the UV lights built in. I have been in twice since the new owners came in and I am done. First Sophia is gone, along with all the other recognized nail techs...that should tell you something. The place was empty and looked terrible. The nail stations are old and small. The UV lights are old and dirty. One of the girls even had bedazzled UV light covers!!! I'm sorry, but I think it looks trashy. The chairs are uncomfortable and I had cramps in my arms from the way they had to rest over the lights due to the small area of the station. Plus, the owner is extremely rude. I didn't know they had changed owners and under old ownership, you could put your tip on your card. I didn't have cash and the new owner scolded me saying "Next time, you bring cash." No buddy, there won't be a next time.
