  • I rarely write one star reviews -- I save such a rating for the worst of the worst. Bottom line: this business uses illegal bait and switch tactics, and they should be cited and/or fined. Here is one example: on their website, they clearly advertise "50% off" Titanic: The Exhibition at Luxor. Luxor charges $32 for a adult admission -- also clearly stated on their website. Half of $32 is $16, simple. However, when we got to Tix4Tonight, the price was $23 instead of $16. That's 28% off instead of 50%, a huge difference. Their response to this: "Oh yeah, the website is wrong" and then refused to honor their advertised price. Hello...you cannot advertise one price and then charge a customer different price. That is bait and switch advertising and it is illegal. Needlessly to say, they've completely lost my trust -- who knows what else they falsely advertise. I won't ever be back. I can get good or better deals elsewhere, without feeling swindled.
