Alright folks. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing the worst service ever from OnTrac. Unfortunately, most of us have dealt with OnTrac because a vendor chose to use them and it wasn't our decision.
Anyhow, they lost/stole two of my packages last week and I'm done. Although the vendors (Amazon and Sephora) were willing to refund or resend a replacement, this is absolutely absurd that a company can simply damage, lose, and steal packages.
I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- feel free to do the same:
