I came back here recently and found out that they freeze their cupcakes and resell them (woman working there told a customer and I overheard). For a shop that calls itself a "gourmet" bakery, this practice doesn't seem to reflect that. In my previous review, I already said the cupcakes are mediocre and now I know why. If I'm going to pay $3.25+ for a cupcake, I expect it to be fresh, made and sold the same day. I'm not paying $$ to buy leftovers.
