  • I ordered a photo, size 11 x 14 The night before pick up. I arrived for pick up at about 3 PM. We were expecting to just pick up the three photos and leave, since we had just ordered the night before. When we got there, the photos were not yet ready. I guess their system did not process our order, even though they did have the pictures. We had to wait a little bit longer. Approximately 30 minutes. We were in a bit of a rush, and management knew this. The manager ended up giving us the photos for free For the hassle and inconvenience. I'm giving a four star rating because there was a problem, but they managed to make things right.
