  • I walked in and saw the banker in the first stall on his phone texting. Whatever, no one else was waiting and he wasn't with a customer so don't mind. Except when I walked up to the teller to ask for a banker because I had a small quick question and she, no kidding, looked at the time on the computer and goes "well it's 5:51 and we close at 6 so I don't know if one is available" are you SERIOUS. Among other reasons, this being the cherry on top, I closed my account.
