  • We book Hotel Adeline for a little staycation. There are so many little frustrations that took away from our mini get away. - - There was a problem with lock on the room door, it took an about an hour and a half to get it worked out before we could actually get in our room after check in. - We had our luggage at the room door, we were not allowed to park near the room, thus we were shelping around our bags by the pool waiting for the situation to be resolved. No apologies, no offer for a free drink or breakfast, just a general "tough-shit" type of attitude. - You have to get ice from the bar and our room was at the opposite end of the property. Just ridiculous - this is a remodel motel. Walls are paper thin - you can hear exactly what is on the TV in the room Nextdoor - the blinds in the room were just really poor choice, there is NO way to have natural light in the room without giving up privacy. - the lighting in the vanity area is like a night club bathroom, dim and too dark for applying make up. Getting more light means opening the blinds, which means passerby's can look right in Overall, just disappointing. Hotel Adeline is Motel trying to give a resort feel and no matter how much remodeling is done, the fact is guest comfort is completely neglected.
