  • I wish I could give out zero stars but 1 is the lowest rating possible. I've been to a lot of beauty supply stores and never have I been more unhappy ! The staff is is very uninformed on their products, they weren't very helpful, no one greeted me when I came in, even though I was the only person in the store they just sat around talking to each other. which made it feel so awkward because it was dead silent except for their whisper, so when I called out "could I ask someone something ?" they were all fighting on who should go help me. like if no one wants to help me that's fine ill go somewhere else, I don't have to be here. I asked the girl a few questions about the hair stuff she gave me one word answers and didn't look interested in helping me at all. I ended up buying some nail polishes, when she cashed me out it felt like she had such a chore to cash me out like I was being such a hassle, which I swear I wasn't !! When I went home to use it, it had crusts all over it, which in my head means its been used many times before ?! I wanted to go back but I just felt like no one would help me anyways so why bother ? They didn't help me very much the first time so why would they now ? NOT IMPRESSED, NOT HAPPY AT ALL (N) *ALL THUMBS DOWN*
