  • I liked my doctor, Dr. McHale, until at the end of the appointment as I was asking her some personal questions, she answered her ringing cell phone in the exam room and didn't end the call. She told the person to hang on a sec and answered all my personal questions while someone else could hear. Even though the person on the phone didn't know who she was talking to, I was so embarrassed. I received a letter in the mail from my doctor telling me that I missed a 3 months follow up appointment with her and that she would stop prescribing my medicine.... funny, because I called and canceled the appointment since I never filled the prescription, but I loved the threatening letter.
