Customer Service is not a priority for On the Q. I tried to contact them by all means for two weeks!! I receive updates from various websites on our specific location due to the high desire of the community. I was very excited to see a home come available on our price range as well. I contacted them daily and didn't receive a response until today which was via text. I asked in every message and email that was left to please CALL me ASAP because I was very interested. The text was unprofessional. If I'm requesting a call back, that's how I should be contacted. Point blank. The house is no longer available and time was wasted attempting to contact this business.
