  • It takes a certain kind of man to invite you to his living room to conduct business. Rich is an amiable guy, and is honest enough to inform you when a repair may not be necessary, despite his opportunity to profit. I went to him thinking I was going to pay out the wazoo, but Mr Beck let me know that my guitar would be fine as is. The consultation was free, and I know where I'm going in the future.
