  • Negative 500 stars if possible. I've never even had their service (only received a quote) and they sent me a bill for $419.88. I called about it and they said everything was fine. Then, a "pre-collection" notice came in the mail from IC System claiming I owed the balance. Long story short, it's taken me months to correct this and I'm writing this so you avoid CenturyLink AT ALL COSTS. I've filed grievances with as many entities as possible. Save yourself a major headache and go with another company.
