  • Lovely theater! We saw If/Then last week and loved the show, and our seats. On the night we were supposed to see the show, I fell and badly sprained my ankle and was not able to make it to the theater. When I called customer service and explained my situation, not only did the ticketing office agree to let us exchange our tickets for another day, the agent asked me if I would like an aisle seat to stretch out my injured foot, and which foot was hurt to ensure I was on the right aisle! Will Call was also a smooth and stress free process, and I was so grateful we were still able to see this wonderful show!
