  • Market Place isn't too bad of a mall for a small town, considering the run-down state of the entire area. It's rather small, and a number of spaces where stores could go often seem to be closed, but they do have a few major department stores and a pet store that sells adorable purebred puppies for obscene prices. In Urbana-Champaign Market Place is one of the better places to hang out, mostly because it has an awesome carousel that you can ride for a nice, low price. Yeah, I could ride that thing all day!
