  • I only had the veggie quesadilla, but it totally hit the spot! Nicely sautéed veggies, stringy cheese, and a dollop of sour cream on top. The perfect addition to my craft beer experience at an event at The Mattress Factory. Its food trucks like this that give me 100% confidence in Pittsburgh's food truck boom right now. They also offered a vegetarian option for almost every dish. I was trying to chose between the burrito and the quesadilla, because both sounded appetizing. When I mentioned that to the person waiting on us, they asked how hungry I was. I liked that they were actually telling me what would work for me vs. upselling me. I will definitely to go places this food truck is. I want to check out more of their menu for sure!
