  • RUDE! I very nicely asked for a third coat of polish bc the lady rushed and you could still see parts of the first coat. She started FREAKING OUT on me. All the staff came over to look at my nails and the customers were starring at me. It was awful! She was running her mouth (LOUD!) talking about me in a different language. She was so mad this other poor nail tech had to do it for her while she went around talking to other techs all ticked off. The male manager did nothing-no apology, no telling her to be quiet. I've never experienced this. I will not return-ever! And will spread the word to stay outta this place! My nails look awful too. She worked really fast & didn't even file my nails. I also don't like frequenting these places that sit and talk in their language with each other while doing your nails. Then when I stood up another tech asked me, "Are you expecting?"!!!! I'm not even a big person but had on a flowy top... I just spent $65 to leave crying. Awesome. Also, they aren't clean. They were reusing the same foot file thing on me then rinsed it in my pedicure water & used on the next girl... GROSS!
