  • Today I learned a valuable lesson! I will never shop at Avenue again! I am so angry. I bought capris from Avenue ONLINE, returned them because the Size were incorrect and they denied my return. These were bought for Jayna... The company has a policy that if you buy an item the ends in .98 or .96 you can not return it. The rep on the phone said that if I wanted them shipped back to me she would charge me $7.95....great so I would be out 35.00 for the pants which no one would fit, plus shipping and on top of that I have to pay another $7.95 for them to ship it back!! That just seems like bad business for online shopping at Avenue. #Avenue #Avenuelostaloyalcustomer #Returnpolicysucks
