rev:text	I moved here about 9 months ago I moved with my fiance all the way from California I loved the apartments when I came here . There was a pig farm and yes is a very discussing smell when you wake up to every morning but I mean you can just try to ignore it. The main problem here is I went trough a break up and was left alone in the lease with all this payments and I couldn't afford the rent . I was never once late on my rent till the point where I went trough a hard situation and was left alone. I went there to talk to them and there was one man I forgot his name and he seemed very friendly and said they were willing to help me out. So I worked very hard in finding another job and try to find a roomate and I was able too. At first I didn't know if I was going to stay because I thought I couldn't do it. So I go again to the office and tell them if I can make like a payment plan and that I would be able to pay the coming up rent and some ladies helped me out I had mentioned I talked to a man and they told me he was just a helper and he's no longer there . The pregnant woman wasn't rude at all but the other one was so rude and not understanding she told me I had to pay the money up front and I asked her if there was any other options and she told me that I was going straight to collection. So I go in there hoping they can understand when I'm getting back on my feet I understand you have to pay rent but how is it my fault I had to go trough all that and I was left alone but I was willing to pay the last rent and the coming rent they just didn't want to give me time I don't understand how people can be so heartless specially that lady in the office they always have new people and you cant go in there and talk to the same one who already knows you're situation . I just wishe they would been able to help because I didn't want to break my lease I was already going To get a roomate and was going to pay the late rent one but they seem to not care at all. I wouldn't recommend it here either not because I'm upset is because I'm being completely honest. There is so many aunts in the apartment I cleaned the whole apartment myself they always take forever to come fix things and I always see maintenence waisting time, there is never one day I see them working . There was a point where the jacuzzi was dirty for days and smelled horrible without being fixed for weeks. They also started to close really early because kids are out in summer so gym and pool are closed by 6 . It dosnt give people time to enjoy after work because how early they close. And like I said they are very heartless they don't care about you're situation they just want you're money. I have heard of many places where they try to help but now I know this place is just money hungry and they have very poor maintenence staff.
