| - I had a negative customer experience on: 09/01/2017 when I went to cash register#11 Susan, a middle-aged woman was assisting another customer with a question regarding a hat that she decided not to purchase. She then called the cashier Alexis for assistance. I placed 2 heavy gallons of milk and 3 glass jars of pasta along with some other items on the conveyor belt. My son & I waited patiently for the ladies to assist the other customer. Be advised, we had no problem with the customer. The issue we had was that the two cashiers looked at us, and said NOTHING! No acknowledgment-we were invisible! They both watched us remove our items and walk them 3 aisles down to self-check-still nothing, no acknowledgement, no apology. I reported this incident to Cody, the manager on duty who assured me that the issue would be addressed. (Why do I have a feeling that it won't be?) So ladies & Gentlemen, I contacted their corporate office, and will give an update once this issue has been resolved. I have been a customer of this particular store for many years, and there is zero excuse for this behavior!
09/18/2017 Update: I received a phone call from Fry's Corporate office. The representative assured me that she would contact the store manager and that the issue would be addressed. I recently visited the store and there is a now hiring sign out for all positions, from cashiers, meat, deli, maintenance etc. If you have a good attitude with great customer service, they are accepting applications right now. Lol!
