  • If I could leave a negative star rating I would! I've had nothing but trouble with their ONE Day shipping/Same Day from Amazon. This is not a review on Amazon. I have 3 stories: 1. LaserShip once told me it was out for delivery, saw a LS car pull-up to my house and then drive off. I called the company and they said they forgot to put it in the car and would be delivered the next day! Amazon refunded my One day shipping charge. I did receive my package. 2. I ordered something else a few weeks later as SameDay service. Package showed it arrived at LS. I was gracious that day and didn't receive it SameDay, "oh well it will come tomorrow." Nope it didn't. Called and they claimed it never showed up. Amazon refunded my money. 3. THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW! I ordered something for next day from Amazon. Saw it was being shipped by LS "oh great" I thought. The package showed out for delivery at 6:30am. By 6:30p nothing. I received an email from Amazon showing package was delivered and on front porch at 7:43p. I went outside at 7:55p and NOTHING! Not on porch, not near door, not at neighbors on either side of house or even at a house in my neighborhood that has a similar address! Tracked via LS website and shows delivered. BS I was home the whole time! I can't call them since it is Sunday after hours. Let's see who got my delivery. LaserShip is the worst shipping company!
